The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Lyden and up on vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Bergeson, Kuether, Lyden, Landers. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Member Neal was absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
