Councilmember Elliott introduced the following ordinance <br />and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 22-95 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 207 OF THE LINO LAKES CITY CODE <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />I . <br />That Chapter 207, Personnel Policy, shall be deleted in its entirety and the <br />following substituted therefor: <br />II. <br />This ordiance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 days following its <br />passage and publication, in accordance with section 3.09 of the city charter. <br />ATTEST: <br />al' yn .
