(7) <br />(8) <br />(9) <br />A private garage in residential districts shall not be <br />utilized for business service or industry. Further, not more <br />than one-half of the space may be rented for the private <br />vehicles of persons not resident on the premises. <br />Such garage shall not be used for more than one commercial <br />vehicle. The gross weight of such vehicle shall not exceed <br />11,075 pounds gross weight. <br />Roadside Stands. Seasonal, temporary roadside stands for the <br />sale of agriculture products shall be permitted if: <br />(a) They are erected at least sixty (60) feet back from the <br />nearest edge of the roadway surface; <br />(b) They are used exclusively for the sale of agricultural <br />products grown in the City of Lino Lakes; and <br />(c) Adequate parking space is provided off the road right-of- <br />way and safe vehicular access and movements are assured. <br />Total number and specifications of accessory buildings <br />permitted in residential districts: the following summarizes <br />the maximum number of accessory buildings allowed in an <br />individual parcel according to lot size and residential <br />district: <br />(A) 20 acres or greater -No requirement <br />(R and R -X Districts) -Pole barns acceptable <br />No maximum height requirements <br />-One attached garage <br />(maximum square footage not to <br />exceed 1,100 sq. ft. or the <br />size of the house foundation, <br />whichever is greater). Each <br />detached accessory building <br />must be separate and not <br />physically attached to another. <br />(B) 10 to less than 20 acres -1 tool shed(maximum 400 sq. <br />ft.) <br />- 1 detached garage (maximum <br />1,100 sq. ft.) <br />- 1 storage building or <br />domesticated farm animal <br />building (2400 sq. ft.) <br />- Pole barns acceptable <br />- One attached garage maximum <br />square footage not to exceed <br />1,100 sq. ft. or the size of <br />the house foundation, whichever <br />is greater). Each detached <br />accessory building must be <br />separate and not physically <br />attached to another. <br />
