Council Member Kuether introduced the following <br />Ordinance and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 93-18 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX B1, ZONING ORDINANCE, SECTION 4, <br />SUBDIVISION 17, AREAS WITHOUT SANITARY SEWER <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />does ordain: <br />That Section 4, Subd. 17, Areas without Sanitary Sewer shall <br />be deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor: <br />Subd. 17. Areas without Sanitary Sewer <br />(1) Except as provided for in this subdivision, the minimum single <br />family lot is ten (10) acres. This minimum lot size shall not <br />apply to smaller separate parcels of record in separate ownership <br />lawfully existing prior to July 13, 1992, provided that it can be <br />demonstrated by means satisfactory to the City that the smaller <br />parcels will not result in groundwater, soil or other contamination <br />which may endanger the public health. <br />(2) Habitable single family homes constructed prior to July 13, <br />1992 may reduce their lot size to a minimum of one (1) acre if the <br />balance of the property results in a parcel of ten (10) acres, or <br />is serviced by public sewer, and it can be demonstrated by means <br />satisfactory to the City that the division will not result in <br />groundwater, soil or other contamination which may endanger the <br />public health. <br />(3) Two-family apartments and multiple family dwellings are not <br />allowable uses. <br />(4) Subject to the other provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, other <br />non-residential uses may be permitted through site plan review. <br />The minimum lot size for each principal use is ten (10)acres. This <br />minimum lot size shall not apply to smaller separate parcels of <br />record in separate ownership lawfully existing prior to July 13, <br />1992 or newly created unsewered lots in the commercial and <br />industrial zoned districts provided the following conditions are <br />met. <br />
