No manufactured <br /> home shall be occupied as a dwelling unless a certificate <br /> of occupancy has been issued by the zoning official. <br /> (A) Installation Permit. No manufactured home shall be <br /> installed without having first applied for, <br /> acquired and received an installation permit from <br /> the zoning official. <br /> (B) Certificate of occupancy. Upon receipt of an <br /> application for occupancy, the zoning official will <br /> promptly inspect the installation to assure <br /> conformance with all requirements of the Minnesota <br /> State Uniform Building Code and all other <br /> appropriate requirements. <br /> (C) Permit Issuance. Upon approval, the zoning <br /> official shall issue a certificate of occupancy to <br /> the installer. Permit shall state the date of <br /> issuance and shall precisely describe the location <br /> of the manufactured home. <br /> (D) Fees.
