Subd. 12. "NB" Neighborhood Business District. <br /> (1) Purpose. The purpose of the NB Neighborhood Business <br /> District is to provide for the establishment of local <br /> businesses for convenience, limited office, retail or <br /> service outlets which deal directly with the daily <br /> requirements of the immediate neighborhood and which are <br /> located along a collector or arterial roadway. These <br /> businesses are not intended to draw customers from the <br /> entire community. <br /> (2) Lot and Yard Requirements. <br /> (A) Minimum lot size: <br /> (i) In sewered area: 11,250 square feet <br /> (ii) In unsewered area: 1 acre <br /> (B) Minimum lot width in sewered area: 75 feet <br /> Corner lot in sewered areas: 100 feet <br /> Minimum lot width in unsewered area: 150 feet <br /> (C) Setbacks: (The greater of the following: ) <br /> (i) From streets: <br /> A. Residential street: 30 feet `... <br /> B. Collector or arterial streets: 40 feet <br /> (i i) Front yard: 30 feet <br /> (iii) Rear Yard: <br /> A. Principal bldg. : 30 feet <br /> B.
