honey. (24) Commercial Use. Activity carried out for monetary gain. (25) Community Association. A homeowners association organized to own, maintain, and operate common facilities and to enhance and protect their common interests. (26) Conditional Use. A land use or development that may not be appropriate generally within a certain district but may be allowed in that district with appropriate restrictions, conditions or limitations as imposed by the City Council.
