A homeowners <br /> association organized to own, maintain, and <br /> operate common facilities and to enhance and <br /> protect their common interests. <br /> (26) Conditional Use. A land use or development <br /> that may not be appropriate generally within a <br /> certain district but may be allowed in that <br /> district with appropriate restrictions, <br /> conditions or limitations as imposed by the <br /> City Council. <br /> (27) Conditional Use Permit. A building, or group of <br /> buildings, in which units are owned <br /> individually, and the structure, common areas <br /> and facilities are owned by all the owners on <br /> a proportional, undivided basis. <br /> (29) Condominium Association. This community <br /> association which administers and maintains <br /> the common property and common elements of a <br /> condominium. <br /> (30) Construction.
