A one-story accessory <br /> building used or intended for the storage of <br /> motor driven passenger vehicles. <br /> (34) Detached Outdoor Living Area. A flat surfaced <br /> seasonal outdoor room intended for casual <br /> human use which may be screened but may not <br /> have permanent structural walls or be covered <br /> by a permanent roof. <br /> (35) Development. The division of a parcel of land <br /> into two or more parcels; the construction, <br /> reconstruction, conversion, structural <br /> alteration, relocation or enlargement of any <br /> structure; any mining, excavation, landfill or <br /> land disturbance, and any use or extension of <br /> the use of land. <br /> (36) Domesticated Farm Animal Building. A one-story <br /> accessory building used or intended for the <br /> shelter of domestic farm animals and/or <br /> related feed or other farm animal supportive <br /> materials. Said building shall require a <br /> Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Feedlot <br /> Permit. <br /> (37) Dormitory. A building used as group living <br /> quarters for a student body or religious order <br /> as an accessory use for a college, university, <br /> boarding school, orphanage, convent, monastery <br /> or other similar institutional use. <br /> (38) Drainage. The removal of surface water or <br /> groundwater from land by drains, grading or <br /> other means which include runoff controls to <br /> minimize erosion and sedimentation during and <br /> after construction or development, the means <br /> for preserving the water supply and the <br /> prevention or alleviation of flooding. <br /> (39) Drainage System.
