Where a side or rear lot line in an G-I <br /> District coincides with an adjacent Residential or <br /> Commercial District, or public road right-of-way, a <br /> landscape buffer area shall be provided along such <br /> side or rear lot line not less than 40 feet in <br /> depth and shall contain landscaping, planting, <br /> berming or other screening suitable to provide an <br /> effective visual screen. <br /> (7) Permitted Uses. In the General Industrial (G-I) <br /> District, no building or land shall be used and no <br /> building shall be erected, converted or <br /> structurally altered unless otherwise provided <br /> herein, except for one or more of the following <br /> uses: <br /> (A) Any use listed as a permitted use in the <br /> Commercial District and Light Industrial <br /> District that will not interfere with the <br /> proper development of the General Industrial <br /> District. <br /> (8) Conditional Uses.
