Subd. 19. "PSP" Public and Semi-Public District. <br /> (1) Purpose. This district is designed and intended to aid <br /> in guiding development towards fulfillment of the <br /> comprehensive plan to serve the following functions. <br /> (A) To provide the community with properly located <br /> schools, colleges, and health institutions. <br /> (B) To provide the community with properly located <br /> public services and utilities. <br /> (C) to provide the community with properly located open <br /> green space, parks, playgrounds and recreational <br /> facilities. <br /> (D) To relate public and semi-public locations with <br /> thoroughfare system. <br /> (2) Lot and Yard Requirements. <br /> (A) Minimum lot size: 1 acre <br /> (B) Minimum lot width: 150 feet <br /> (C) Setbacks: (The greater of the following: ) <br /> (i) From streets: <br /> A. Residential street: 50 feet <br /> B. Collector or arterial street: 50 feet <br /> (ii) Front yard: 50 feet <br /> (iii)Rear yard: <br /> A. Principal bldg. : 30 feet <br /> B. Accessory bldg. : 10 feet <br /> C. Parking lot/driveway: 10 feet <br /> (iv) Side yard: <br /> A. Principal bldg. : 10 feet <br /> B. Accessory bldg. : 10 feet <br /> C. Parking lot/driveway: 5 feet <br /> (3) Height Regulations.
