(4) Building Coverage. The maximum amount of a site <br /> which may be covered by buildings is 35 percent. <br /> (5) Green Area. The minimum site area to be left to <br /> open space, yard, and/or landscaped area: 35 <br /> percent <br /> (6) Permitted Uses. In this Public and Semi-Public <br /> (PSP) District, no building or land shall be used, <br /> and no building shall be erected, converted or <br /> structurally altered unless otherwise provided <br /> herein, except for one or more of the following <br /> uses. <br /> (A) _ Schools - elementary <br /> (B) Clinics, rest homes, nursing homes <br /> (C) All public buildings for municipal government, <br /> such as city hall, water works, sewage plant, <br /> police, fire, etc. <br /> (D) Parks and recreation facilities, golf courses <br /> (E) Cemeteries <br /> (F) All public buildings for county and state <br /> government <br /> (7) Conditional Uses. The following conditional uses <br /> may be allowed in the PSP District, subject to the <br /> provision of Section 5, Subd. 5 of this ordinance. <br /> (A) Junior high, high school, college <br /> (B) Hospitals <br /> City of Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance <br /> ADOPTED 7/13/92 <br /> 125 <br />
