(7) Where noise from loading or unloading activity is <br /> determined to be an audible nuisance in a residential <br /> district, the city council may limit the hours of <br /> operation. <br /> Sub. 7. Traffic Control. The traffic generated by any use <br /> shall be channelized and controlled in a manner that it will <br /> minimize: (a) congestion on the public streets; (b) traffic <br /> hazards; and (c) excessive traffic through residential areas, <br /> particularly truck traffic. Internal traffic shall be so regulated <br /> as to ensure its safe and orderly flow. Traffic into and out of <br /> business and industrial areas, and all traffic from residential <br /> lots adjacent to a collector street or minor arterial street shall <br /> in all cases be forward moving with no backing into streets. <br /> On corner lots (including Rural Districts) , nothing shall be placed <br /> or allowed to grow in such a manner as materially to impede vision <br /> between a height of two and one-half (2 1/2) and ten (10) feet <br /> above the centerline grades of the intersecting streets within <br /> fifteen (15) feet of the intersecting street right-of-way lines. <br /> This restriction shall also apply to the planting of crops and to <br /> yard- grades that result in elevations that impede vision within <br /> fifteen (15) feet of any intersecting street right-of-way lines. <br /> City of Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance <br /> ADOPTED 7113/92 ` <br /> 148 �w/ <br />
