� to the nearest lot line. <br /> (F) The unit shall remain connected. <br /> (G) All parking permits shall be reviewed and renewed <br /> on July 1 of each year at a fee of $20.00 annually. <br /> (H) At the time the lot or parcel of property becomes <br /> non-conforming the permit will be canceled. <br /> (2) In no residential district shall more than two vehicles <br /> be permanently stored outside. <br /> Subd. 6. Off-Street Loading and Unloading Areas. <br /> (1) Location. All required loading berths shall be off- <br /> street and shall be located on the same lot as the <br /> building or use to be served. A loading berth shall not <br /> be located less than 25 feet from the intersection of two <br /> street rights-of-way nor less than 50 feet from a <br /> Residential District unless within a building. Loading <br /> berths shall not occupy the required front yard space. <br /> (2) Size. Unless otherwise specified in this Ordinance, a <br /> required loading berth shall be not less than 12 feet in <br /> width, 25 feet in length exclusive of aisle and <br /> maneuvering space. <br /> (3) Access. Each required loading berth shall be located <br /> with appropriate means of vehicular access to a street or <br /> public alley in a manner which will least interfere with <br /> traffic. <br /> (4) Surfacing. All loading berths and accessways shall be <br /> surfaced with a bituminous or concrete or other material <br /> approved by the city engineer. <br /> (5) Accessory Use. Any space allocated as a loading berth or <br /> maneuvering areas so as to comply with the terms of this <br /> ordinance shall not be used for the storage of goods, <br /> inoperable vehicles or to be included as a part of the <br /> space requirements necessary to meet the off-street <br /> parking area. <br /> (6) In connection with any structure which is to be erected <br /> or substantially altered, any which requires the receipt <br /> or distribution of materials or merchandise by trucks or <br /> similar vehicles, there shall be provided off-street <br /> loading space. <br /> City of Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance <br /> ✓�� ADOPTED 7/13/92 <br /> 147 <br />
