CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA <br /> Subdivision Application - Check List <br /> A checklist of background information and submission requirements for the <br /> processing of plats is provided below. The intent of this form is to furnish <br /> you with a clear understanding and detailed indication of the materials and <br /> documentation which is necessary for the review of your request. Should <br /> there be an item which is not included in the submission of the application, <br /> a detailed, written explanation should be made outlining the reasons for the <br /> omission. <br /> The City Staff will also utilize the checklist in the review of information <br /> which you submit. If an item is not included or if an explanation not <br /> provided as to why information has not been furnished, the application will <br /> be considered incomplete and possibly will not be accepted. <br /> Please read all applicable ordinances and the attached checklist thoroughly. <br /> I. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> 1. Review the following ordinances and documents with respect to <br /> land planning and development: <br /> r� <br /> a. Appendix B1 - Zoning of the Lino Lakes City Code <br /> b. Appendix H - Shoreland Management of the Lino Lakes City Code <br /> c. 1001. Subdivision and Platting of the Lino Lakes City Code <br /> d. Comprehensive Land Use Plan <br /> e. Surface Water Management Plan <br /> f. Flood Plain Ordinance <br /> g. Comprehensive Park Plan & Development Guide <br /> 2. Meet with City Planner/Staff to discuss proposal. <br /> 3. File application for subdivision concurrently with submission <br /> requirements as set forth below. Escrow amounts for sketch plan <br /> review and/or preliminary plan review will be determined by <br /> staff. <br /> II. Street layout on and adjacent to plat <br /> e. Designation of existing and proposed land use and <br /> current or proposed zoning <br /> f. Significant topographical or physical features <br /> g. General lot locations and layout <br />
