Subdivision Application-Check List <br /> Development <br /> III. PRELIMINARY PLAT CHECKLIST <br /> Compliance Submittal Requirement <br /> Yes No <br /> 1. Application fee per Subdivision Ordinance and escrow <br /> deposit as determined by City Engineer. <br /> 2. Five (5) copies of the preliminary plat and one (1) <br /> 8 1/2 x 11 reproducible and a list of <br /> property owners within 350 feet of the subject <br /> property obtained from and certified by Anoka County. <br /> The preliminary plat shall contain the following <br /> information, prepared as follows: <br /> a. Proposed name of subdivision; names shall not <br /> duplicate or too closely resemble names of <br /> of existing subdivisions within the city or <br /> county. <br /> b. Location of boundary lines in relation to a known <br /> section, quarter section or quarter-quarter <br /> section line comprising a legal description of <br /> the property. <br /> c. Names and addresses of all persons having <br /> property interest, the developer, designer, and <br /> surveyor together with his registration number. <br /> d. Graphic scale of plat, not less than one (1) inch <br /> to one hundred (100) ft. <br /> e. Date and north arrow. <br /> f. Boundary survey and total acreage of proposed <br /> plat, clearly indicated. <br /> g. Existing zoning classifications for land within <br /> and abutting the subdivision. <br /> h. Location, widths and names of all: existing or <br /> previously platted streets or other public ways, <br /> showing type; width and condition of improvements <br /> if any, railroad and utility rights-of-way; parks <br /> and other public open spaces; permanent buildings <br /> and structures; easements and section and <br /> corporate lines; within the tract and to a <br /> distance of 100 feet beyond the tract. <br /> i. Location and size of existing sewers, water <br /> mains, culverts or other underground facilities <br /> within the tract and to a distance of one hundred <br /> (100) feet beyond the tract. Such data as <br /> grades, invert elevations, and locations of catch <br /> basins, manholes and hydrants shall also be <br /> shown. <br /> j. Boundary lines of adjoining unsubdivided or <br /> subdivided land, within one hundred (100) <br /> feet, identified by name and ownership, including <br /> all contiguous land owned or controlled by the ,, <br /> subdivider. <br /> 2 <br />
