The business of keeping horses <br /> for the purpose of renting to the general <br /> public for unsupervised riding and/or trail <br /> riding. <br /> (82) Lot. A designated parcel, tract or area of <br /> land established by plat, subdivision, or as <br /> otherwise permitted by law, to be used, <br /> developed or built upon as a unit. <br /> (83) Lot Area. The total area within the lot lines <br /> of a lot measured in a horizontal plan. <br /> (84) Lot Depth. The mean horizontal distance <br /> between the front and rear lines of a lot. <br /> (85) Lot of Record. A lot which exists as shown or <br /> described on a plat or deed in the records of <br /> the local registry of deeds. <br /> (86) Lot width. The horizontal distance between the <br /> side lot lines of a lot measured at the <br /> building setback line and parallel to the <br /> front lot line. <br /> (87) Manufactured Home. A manufactured home means a <br /> structure, transportable in one or more <br /> sections, which in the traveling mode is eight <br /> body feet or more in width, or forty body feet <br /> or more in length, or, when erected on side, <br /> is 320 or more square feet, and which is built <br /> on a permanent chassis and designed to be used <br /> as a dwelling with or without permanent <br /> foundation when connected to the required <br /> utilities, and includes the plumbing, heating, <br /> air conditioning, and electrical systems <br /> contained therein; except that the term <br /> includes any structure which meets all the <br /> requirements and with respect to which the <br /> manufacturer voluntarily files a certificate <br /> required by the Secretary of the United States <br /> Department of Housing and Urban Development <br /> and complies with the standards established <br /> under Minnesota Statute 327 including the <br /> Manufactured Home Building Code adopted <br /> therein. <br /> City of Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance <br /> ADOPTED 7/13/92 <br /> 13 <br />
