A building or site used for <br /> showing and training horses, exclusive of <br /> stables, boarding or other overnight or <br /> extended horse care facility. <br /> (74) Horse Breeding Operation. Commercial. A <br /> business for the purpose of breeding and <br /> raising horses and may include scheduled <br /> events such as horse shows, sales and <br /> exhibitions. <br /> (75) Horticulture. The use of land for the growing <br /> or production for income of fruits, <br /> vegetables, flowers, nursery stock, including <br /> ornamental plants and trees, and cultured sod. <br /> (76) Hotel. A facility offering transient lodging <br /> accommodations to the general public and <br /> providing additional services such as <br /> restaurants, meeting rooms, and recreation <br /> facilities. (See Boarding House; Motel) <br /> (77) Individual Sewage Disposal System. A system <br /> for the disposal of sanitary sewage in the <br /> ground, which is so designed and constructed <br /> as to treat sewage in a manner that will <br /> retain most of the settleable solids in a <br /> septic tank and discharge the liquid portion <br /> to an adequate disposal field. <br /> (78) Industrial Park. A large tract of land that <br /> has been planned, developed and operated as an <br /> integrated facility for a number of individual <br /> industrial uses, with special attention to <br /> circulation, parking, utility needs, <br /> aesthetics, and compatibility. <br /> (79) Irrigation System. Any structure or equipment, <br /> mechanized or other, used to supply water for <br /> commercial agriculture or horticulture, <br /> including, but not limited to, wells, pumps, <br /> motors, pipes, culverts, gates, dams, ditches, <br /> tanks, ponds, and reservoirs. <br /> (80) Junkyard.
