A building or site used for showing and training horses, exclusive of stables, boarding or other overnight or extended horse care facility. (74) Horse Breeding Operation. Commercial. A business for the purpose of breeding and raising horses and may include scheduled events such as horse shows, sales and exhibitions. (75) Horticulture. The use of land for the growing or production for income of fruits, vegetables, flowers, nursery stock, including ornamental plants and trees, and cultured sod. (76) Hotel. A facility offering transient lodging accommodations to the general public and providing additional services such as restaurants, meeting rooms, and recreation facilities. A system for the disposal of sanitary sewage in the ground, which is so designed and constructed as to treat sewage in a manner that will retain most of the settleable solids in a septic tank and discharge the liquid portion to an adequate disposal field. A large tract of land that has been planned, developed and operated as an integrated facility for a number of individual industrial uses, with special attention to circulation, parking, utility needs, aesthetics, and compatibility.
