(h) Water elevations of adjoining lakes, <br /> streams, wetlands, etc. , at the date of <br /> survey and approximate high and low water <br /> elevations. <br /> (3) Subdivision Design Features. <br /> (a) Layout of streets, showing right-or-way <br /> widths, centerline street grades and <br /> approximate radii of all curbs, proposed <br /> contours within the entire plat, and names <br /> of streets. The name of any street <br /> heretofore used in the city or its environs <br /> shall not be used, unless the proposed <br /> street is an extension of an already named <br /> street, in which event the name shall be <br /> used. (Amended by Ordinance No. 04 - 90 <br /> passed May 29, 1990) <br /> (b) Location and widths of utility easements. <br /> (c) Indication of the proposed storm water <br /> runoff through use of arrows or notes. <br /> (d) Layout, numbers and typical dimensions of <br /> lots to the nearest foot. <br /> (e) Minimum front and side-street buildings <br /> setback lines, indicating dimensions of <br /> same. <br /> (f) Areas, other than streets, and utility <br /> easements, - intended to be dedicated or <br /> reserved for public use, including the size <br /> of such area or areas in acres. <br /> (g) Proposed lot and block numbers. <br /> (h) Soil absorption tests whereon site septic <br /> systems are proposed and other soil <br /> information as requested by the city and as <br /> required by the code. <br /> (i) Typical cross-section of street <br /> improvements. <br /> (j) Locations and widths of all pedestrian and <br /> bicycle trails. (Amended by Ordinance No. <br /> 02-89 passed April 10, 1989) <br /> 1001.06 Fee to Accompany Preliminary Plat. When submitting <br /> a preliminary plat for approval by the council, the owner or <br /> developer shall be required to pay a fee, to the clerk-treasurer. <br /> A minimum cash fee of $50. 00 shall be charged for a plat containing <br /> 164 <br />
