(115)Restaurant. An establishment where food and <br /> drink is prepared, served and consumed <br /> primarily within the principal building. <br /> (116)Restrictive Covenant. A restriction on the use <br /> of land usually set forth in the deed. <br /> (117)Retail Services. Establishments providing <br /> services or entertainment, as opposed to <br /> products, to the general public, including <br /> eating and drinking places, hotels and motels, <br /> finance, real estate and insurance, personal <br /> services, motion pictures, amusement and <br /> recreation services, health, educational and <br /> social services, museums and galleries. <br /> (118) Sanitary Land Fill. A site for solid waste <br /> disposal. <br /> (119) School. Any building or part thereof which is <br /> designed, constructed or used for educational <br /> or instruction in any branch of knowledge. <br /> (120) School. Parochial. A school supported and <br /> controlled by a church or religious <br /> organization. <br /> (121) School. Private. Any building or group of <br /> buildings the use of which meets state <br /> requirements for primary, secondary, or higher <br /> education and which use does not secure the <br /> major part of its funding of any governmental <br /> agency. <br /> (122) Setback. The distance between the property line <br /> and the nearest line of a building foundation. <br /> (123) Setback Line. That line that is the required <br /> minimum distance from the street right-of-way <br /> line or any other lot line that establishes <br /> the area within which the principal structure <br /> must be erected or placed. <br /> (124) Sian.
