(125) Sign Area. The entire face of a sign including <br /> the advertising surface and any framing, trim <br /> or molding, but not including the supporting <br /> structure. <br /> (126) Site Plan. The development plan for one or more <br /> lots on which is shown the existing and <br /> proposed conditions of the lot including: <br /> topography, vegetation, drainage, floodplains, <br /> marshes and waterways' open spaces, walkways, <br /> means of ingress and egress, utility services, <br /> landscaping, structures and signs, lighting, <br /> and screening devices; any other information <br /> that reasonably may be required in order that <br /> an informed decision can be made by the <br /> approving authority. <br /> (127) Soil Conservation Plan. A description of the <br /> soils of the site and information on soil <br /> suitability. Also included shall be any <br /> remedial steps taken by the developer to <br /> render the soils suitable and any erosion and <br /> sedimentation controls indicating type and <br /> location of control measures. The plan should <br /> provide for the protection of soils during the <br /> construction process and/or the long-term <br /> occupancy of the site. <br /> U <br /> (128) Specialty Shop. A retail store specializing in <br /> a specific type or class of merchandise, such <br /> as children's clothes, gourmet foods or <br /> cookware, antiques, etc. <br /> (129) Storacge Building. A one-story accessory <br /> building used or intended for the storage of <br /> hobby tools, garden equipment, workshop <br /> equipment, boats, snowmobiles, etc. <br /> (130) Story. That portion of a building included <br /> between the upper surface of any floor and the <br /> upper surface of the floor next above, except <br /> that the topmost story shall be that upper <br /> surface of the topmost floor and the ceiling <br /> or roof above.
