Single Family Executive District: <br /> Purpose. These districts are intended to provide a <br /> residential atmosphere for those persons desiring a <br /> single-family neighborhood with a suburban density. The <br /> area is intended for development of single-family <br /> detached homes on lots with public sewer and water. <br /> B. "R-2" Two-Family District: <br /> Purpose. This district is intended to provide a <br /> residential atmosphere for those persons desiring a two- <br /> family dwelling with a more urban, but limited, density. <br /> Two-family dwellings will not be allowed in areas <br /> without sanitary sewer. <br /> C. "R-3" Medium Density Residential District: <br /> Purpose. The purpose of the R-3 Medium Density <br /> Residential District is to provide settings for <br /> multiple-family structures up to eight dwelling units <br /> per building in areas that have good thoroughfare <br /> access, are properly located to other uses and are <br /> accessible to major activity centers, recreation areas <br /> and shopping areas. <br /> D. "R-4" High Density Residential District: <br /> Purpose. The purpose of the R-4 High Density <br /> Residential District is to provide setting for multiple- <br /> family housing in areas that have good thoroughfare <br /> access, that have proper relationship to other uses and <br /> that are accessible to major activity centers, <br /> recreation areas and shopping areas. <br /> E. "R-6" Manufactured Home Park District: <br /> Purpose. The purpose of the Manufactured Home Park <br /> District is to provide opportunities whereby <br /> manufactured housing may be located on a leased or <br /> rented site in a planned community. This district is <br /> intended to provide opportunities for almost all types <br /> of manufactured homes including those which may not be <br /> able to meet the design standards established in other <br /> residential districts. All manufactured home parks are <br /> required to conform to the provisions of this section <br /> and other appropriate sections of the code. <br /> F. "R-7" Manufactured Home Subdivision District: <br /> Purpose. The purpose of this district is to provide <br /> opportunities for whereby manufactured housing may be <br /> located on an individually owned lot of a subdivision in <br /> Page 6 <br />
