No sign shall be closer than fifteen (15) feet to <br /> any Property line. <br /> Subdivision 4. <br /> "NB" Neighborhood Business District: <br /> 1. Purpose. The purpose of the NB Neighborhood Commercial <br /> District is to provide for the establishment of local <br /> businesses for convenience, limited office, retail or <br /> service outlets which deal directly with the daily <br /> requirements of the immediate neighborhood and which are <br /> located along a collector or arterial roadway. These <br /> businesses are not intended to draw customers from the <br /> entire community. <br /> 2. Sign Requirements <br /> In the Neighborhood Business Districts all signs must <br /> comply with the following: <br /> A. Business Signs: <br /> i. Sign or signs attached to building equaling <br /> twenty percent. (20%) of the building face area <br /> or one hundred (100) square feet, whichever is <br /> greater; not higher than six (6) feet above <br /> outside of parapet wall. <br /> ii. One ground sign or pylon sign up to fifty (50) <br /> square feet; not higher than thirty (30) feet; <br /> notc loser than fifty (50) feet to another <br /> such ground sign, but allowed only if the <br /> business is not part of an integrated retail <br /> complex. <br /> B. Area Identification Signs: <br /> i. One sign allowed per group of three or more <br /> businesses of not more than three hundred <br /> (300) square feet of sign surface. <br /> ii.
