i. Pylon or ground signs totalling two (2) square <br /> feet of sign surface per lot frontage foot; up <br /> to three hundred (300) square feet and not <br /> higher than forty (40) feet. One sign attached to the building (wall or <br /> parapet) up to one hundred (100) square feet <br /> or twenty percent (20%) of the building face <br /> area, whichever is greater. <br /> C. Service Station Signs: <br /> i. On surface arterials - <br /> a. One (1) pylon sign per frontage. <br /> - Eighty (80) square feet maximum sign <br /> surface. <br /> - Forty-five (45) maximum in height. <br /> b. One additional ground sign per street <br /> frontage. <br /> - Thirty-two (32) square feet maximum <br /> sign surface. <br /> - Thirty (30) feet maximum in height. <br /> C. One (1) `pylon sign. <br /> - Three hundred fifty (350) square <br /> feet side. <br /> - Maximum height of sixty-five <br /> (65) feet. <br /> b. One additional ground sign per frontage. <br /> - Thirty-two (32) square feet. <br /> - Thirty (30) feet in height. <br /> C. Sign or signs attached to building. <br /> - Up to twenty percent (20%) of the <br /> total building face. <br /> D. Advertising Signs: <br /> i.
