Purpose. These are areas containing a wide variety <br /> of business uses including retail, service, and <br /> semi-industrial sues. As such, they may contain <br /> businesses which tend to serve other business and <br /> industry as well as those catering to shoppers' <br /> needs. <br /> B. "PSP" Public and Semi-Public District: <br /> Purpose. This district is designed and intended to aid <br /> in guiding development towards fulfillment of the <br /> comprehensive plan to serve the following functions. <br /> i. To provide the community with properly located <br /> schools, colleges, and health institutions. <br /> ii. To provide the community with properly located <br /> public services and utilities. <br /> iii. To provide the community with properly located <br /> open green space, parks, playgrounds and <br /> recreational facilities. <br /> iv. To relate public and semi-public locations with <br /> thoroughfare system. <br /> "GB" General Business District - Public and Semi-Public <br /> Districts: <br /> 2 . sign Requirements <br /> In the General Business Districts and Public and Semi- <br /> Public Districts all signs must comply with the <br /> following: <br /> A. Institutional Identification. <br /> i. For hospitals, office buildings, etc. <br /> ii. One sign allowed, sixty (60) square feet of <br /> ground sign or pylon or up to twenty percent <br /> (20%) of the building face area as a wall <br /> sign. <br /> B.
