Subdivision 3. <br /> All signs other than temporary signs shall be <br /> constructed as to withstand windload pressure of 30 <br /> P.S.F. <br /> Subdivision 4. <br /> No sign shall be permitted within public road right-of- <br /> way or be affixed to public structures or public utility <br /> poles or boxes. <br /> Subdivision S. <br /> Illuminated signs are permitted only in limited and <br /> general business, shopping center and light and general <br /> industrial districts. <br /> Subdivision 6. <br /> Signs shall not be painted directly to any exterior <br /> building surface, but shall be on a separate frame <br /> except for temporary display windows. Sign letters / <br /> symbols may be directly attached to a wall by adhesive <br /> or mechanical fasteners. <br /> Subdivision 7. <br /> No sign shall be installed, which by reason of position, <br /> shape or color would conflict with the proper function <br /> or interpretation of any traffic sign or signal. <br /> Subdivision 8. <br /> There shall be no use of revolving beacons, flashing <br /> signs, zip flashers or similar lighted devices. <br /> Subdivision 9. <br /> No sign shall be permitted to obstruct any window, door, <br /> fire escape, stairway or opening of any building or <br /> structure. <br /> Subdivision 10. <br /> Political signs may be permitted for a period of not <br /> more than thirty (30) days before and five (5) days <br /> after an election period and removal shall be the <br /> responsibility of the candidate. <br /> Subdivision 11. <br /> All signs shall be maintained in good condition and the <br /> Page 14 <br />
