floats which has sleeping accommodations and facilities <br /> for preparing food shall be defined as a houseboat. All <br /> houseboats which are to be docked or moored within the <br /> city limits for a period of six (6) days or more shall <br /> require an annual Conditional Use Permit. Said permit <br /> shall show the owner, owner's address, boat license <br /> number, whether the boat is to be used as a seasonal <br /> residence and, if so, for what period of time during the <br /> year, type of sanitary sewage facility, water supply, and <br /> plot plan showing method of access to public road. Each <br /> houseboat shall have one off-street parking space within <br /> four hundred (400) feet of the access to the docking of <br /> such houseboat. No houseboat shall be used as a <br /> permanent residence and, further, that utilities <br /> including sanitary sewer, water, electricity, and phone <br /> shall not be extended to the houseboat. <br /> (4) Ice fishing houses stored on parcels of land during <br /> summer months shall be considered an accessory building. <br /> (5) Setbacks for accessory buildings in all districts shall <br /> be determined in accordance with appropriate district <br /> provisions. <br /> (6) No accessory building in a commercial or industrial <br /> district shall exceed the height of the principal <br /> �...� building except by Conditional Use Permit. <br /> (7) A private garage in residential districts shall not be <br /> utilized for business service or industry. Further, not <br /> more than one-half of the space may be rented for the <br /> private vehicles of persons not resident on the premises. <br /> Such garage shall not be used for more than one <br /> commercial vehicle. The gross weight of such vehicle <br /> shall not exceed 11, 075 pounds gross weight. <br /> (8) Roadside Stands. Seasonal, temporary roadside stands for <br /> the sale of agricultural products shall be permitted if: <br /> (A) they are erected at least sixty (60) feet back from <br /> the nearest edge of the roadway surface; <br /> (B) they are used exclusively for the sale of <br /> agricultural products grown in the City of Lino <br /> Lakes; and <br /> (C) adequate parking space is provided off the road <br /> right-of-way and safe vehicular access and <br /> movements are assured. <br /> y,..� City of Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance <br /> ADOPTED 7/13/92 <br /> 27 <br />
