as required by law and shall be stored so that same shall meet all <br /> side, front and rear yard setback requirements of the residential <br /> section of this ordinance and such parking or storage shall u <br /> otherwise meet all other requirements of any other city ordinances <br /> and any state laws. None of such parked or stored vehicles or <br /> items shall be connected to any water or sewage disposal system on <br /> said residential property where same is so parked or stored. <br /> Subd. 22. Temporary Parking of Recreational Vehicles. <br /> Temporary parking and occupancy of one recreational vehicle per <br /> residential parcel shall be allowed for nonresidents of Lino Lakes <br /> for a maximum of a 14-day period in any one year if such parking <br /> and occupancy otherwise complies herewith. Any such occupancy as <br /> stated in this paragraph shall be only for noncommercial use with <br /> no fee paid to the landowner, occupant or renter. <br /> Subd. 23 . Relocated Structures. Before any house or other <br /> structure is moved onto a vacant lot, the design review board shall <br /> report to the city council whether the structure will be compatible <br /> with other development in the area, and conform to all city codes <br /> and ordinances. If the city council concurs with the decision of <br /> the design review board that a structure would depreciate the area <br /> into which it is to be moved, it may withhold issuance of a <br /> building permit for such relocation. <br /> Subd. 24. Exterior Storage. <br /> (1) In all residential districts, all personal property shall <br /> be stored within a building or fully screened so as not <br /> to be visible from adjoining properties and public <br /> streets, except for the following: laundry drying, <br /> recreational equipment, home heating fuel tanks, stacked <br /> firewood, construction and landscaping materials or <br /> equipment currently (within a period of twelve months) <br /> being used on the premises, agricultural equipment and <br /> materials if these are used or intended for use on the <br /> premises, and off-street parking of licensed passenger <br /> automobiles and pick-up trucks. <br /> (2) In non-residential districts, all exterior storage shall <br /> be screened. The exceptions are: <br /> (A) merchandise being displayed for sale; <br /> (B) materials and equipment currently being used for <br /> construction on the premises; and <br /> (C) merchandise located on service station pump <br /> islands. <br /> City of Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance <br /> ADOPTED 7/13/92 <br /> 36 <br />
