(3) In non-residential districts, up to three commercial <br /> vehicles such as delivery and service trucks up to 11,075 <br /> pounds of gross weight may be parked without screening if <br /> such vehicles relate to the principal use. Construction <br /> equipment, trailers, and vehicles over 11,075 pounds <br /> shall require screening. <br /> (4) In all districts, the city council may order the owner of <br /> any property to cease or modify open storage uses <br /> including existing uses, provided it is found that said <br /> use constitutes a threat to the public health, safety, <br /> convenience, or general welfare. <br /> Subd. 25. Refuse. In all districts, all waste, refuse or <br /> garbage shall be kept in an enclosed building or properly contained <br /> in a closed container designed for such purposes. The owner of <br /> vacant land shall be responsible for keeping such land free of <br /> refuse and weeds. <br /> Subd. 26. Screening. <br /> (1) Screening shall be required: <br /> (A) Residential Zones: <br /> (i) Where any off-street parking area containing <br /> six (6) or more parking spaces and is within <br /> thirty (30) feet of any adjoining residential <br /> zone; or <br /> (ii) Where the driveway to a parking area of six <br /> (6) or more parking spaces is within fifteen <br /> (15) feet of an adjoining residential zone. <br /> (B) All Zones: <br /> (i) Where any business or industrial use <br /> (structure, parking or storage) is adjacent to <br /> a property zoned residential. The business or <br /> industry shall provide screening along the <br /> boundary of the residential property. <br /> (ii) Where a business, parking lot or industry is <br /> across the street from a residential zone, but <br /> not on the side of a business or industry <br /> considered to be the front. <br /> (2) Type Required: <br /> (A) The screening required in this section shall <br /> �..� City of Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance <br /> ADOPTED 7/13/92 <br /> 37 <br />
