No building <br /> shall have pole barn type construction nor an <br /> exterior wall surface of sheet metal. <br /> Exterior wall surfaces of all buildings shall <br /> be face brick, glass, stone, decorative block, <br /> architectural concrete cast in place, pre-cast <br /> concrete panel, or architectural metal panel. <br /> Wood may be used as a trim material. <br /> (iii)Pole barn construction and sheet metal <br /> exteriors may be permitted in all commercial, <br /> industrial and public and semi-public zoning <br /> districts as a conditional use under the <br /> following circumstances: <br /> (a) The new pole barns are accessory <br /> structures used for storage of boats, <br /> lumber and building supplies, and buses. <br /> Completion of a sales or office building <br /> shall precede construction of the boat, <br /> lumber and building supplies, and bus <br /> storage buildings.
