The minimum outside dimension, floor <br /> area shall be as follows: <br /> (i) Single Family Dwellings <br /> 3 Bedroom Rambler 1050 square feet <br /> 2 Bedroom Rambler 1010 square feet <br /> 1 1/2 Story 980 square feet <br /> Split Foyer/Entry 980 square feet <br /> Split Level - 3 level minimum 980 square feet <br /> 2 Story 850 square feet <br /> (ii) Two Family Dwellings <br /> (A) Each dwelling unit shall have a minimum <br /> of 1050 square feet of floor area. <br /> (B) Duplexes must have a minimum of 2100 <br /> square feet of floor area. <br /> (iii) All basementless dwellings in this district <br /> shall be required to provide an additional 100 <br /> square feet of floor space to house utilities. <br /> (B) Each dwelling unit must have an attached double <br /> garage. <br /> (C) Each dwelling unit must have a private front and <br /> rear entrance. <br /> (5) Height Regulations. No two-family dwelling shall <br /> hereafter be erected or structurally altered to exceed <br /> thirty (30) feet in height measured from the front or <br /> street side grade of the site.
