Subd. 7. "R-311 Medium Density Residential District. <br /> (1) Purpose. This district is intended to provide settings <br /> for multiple-family structures of up to eight dwelling <br /> units per building in areas that have good thoroughfare <br /> access, have proper relationship to other uses, and are <br /> accessible to major activity centers, recreation areas <br /> and shopping areas. <br /> (2) Lot and Yard Requirements. <br /> (A) Minimum district size: one(1) acre <br /> (B) Minimum lot size: 10,000 square feet <br /> (C) Minimum lot width: 125 feet <br /> (D) Setbacks: (The greater of the following) : <br /> (i) From streets: <br /> (A) Residential streets: 30 feet <br /> (B) Collector or arterial streets: 40 feet <br /> (ii) Front yard: 30 feet <br /> r-� (iii)Rear yard: <br /> (A) Principal bldg. : 30 feet <br /> (B) Accessory bldg. : 5 feet <br /> (C) Parking lot: 5 feet <br /> (iv) Side yard: <br /> (A) Principal bldg. : 30 feet <br /> (B) Accessory bldg. : 5 feet <br /> (C) Parking lot: 5 feet <br /> (v) Two or More Multiple-Family Dwelling <br /> Structures on One Site. Where two or more <br /> multiple-family dwelling structures are to be <br /> erected on a single site, the following <br /> requirements shall apply.
