(B) The area covered by any structures shall not exceed <br /> 35 percent of the total land area. <br /> (C) At least 35 percent of the site shall be retained <br /> for and devoted to green grass, open space or <br /> landscaped area. <br /> (4) Building Requirements. <br /> (A) The minimum livable floor area for each multiple <br /> family dwelling shall have at least: <br /> Efficiency Unit 690 square feet <br /> One-Bedroom Unit 800 square feet <br /> Two-Bedroom Unit 920 square feet <br /> Three-Bedroom Unit 1040 square feet <br /> Four-Bedroom Unit 1160 square feet <br /> For each additional bedroom, the floor space shall <br /> be increased by 150 square feet per unit. <br /> (B) Exterior Wall Construction. All multiple-family <br /> units shall be designed and constructed to have the <br /> equivalent of a front on each exterior surface. <br /> (C) Indoor Storage Space. A minimum of one hundred <br /> twenty (120) cubic feet of miscellaneous storage <br /> space shall be made available for each dwelling <br /> unit within the same building as such dwelling unit <br /> is located. Such storage shall be in addition to <br /> the normal closet space that is in the dwelling <br /> unit; however, it may be in the dwelling unit <br /> itself and so identified. <br /> (D) Disposal of Refuse and Garbage. All refuse, <br /> rubbish and garbage containers shall be placed at <br /> the rear of the premises. In no event shall such <br /> containers be placed next to the street or curb, <br /> nor shall they be placed so as to interfere with <br /> use of adjoining property or cause a nuisance or <br /> annoyance to adjoining property occupants. Such <br /> containers shall be covered and contained so as to <br /> , be inaccessible to insects, vermin or animals, and <br /> shall be screened so as not to be visible from eye- <br /> level height. <br /> (E) Buffer. Where a side or rear lot line in an R-3 <br /> District abuts an R, R-X, R-1, R-IX or R-2 <br /> Residential District, or public road right-of-way, <br /> a landscape buffer area not less than 20 feet in <br /> City of Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance <br /> ADOPTED 7/13/92 <br /> 82 <br />
