A place where aircraft can land and <br /> take off, usually equipped with hangars, <br /> facilities for refueling and repair, and <br /> various accommodations for passengers. <br /> (9) Airport. Private Use. Airports which are <br /> intended for use by certain individuals or <br /> associations and not to the public. <br /> (10) Apartment Unit. One or more rooms with private <br /> bath and kitchen facilities comprising an <br /> independent self-contained dwelling unit in a <br /> building containing more than two dwelling <br /> units. <br /> (11) Automobile Service Station. Any building, land <br /> area or other premises, or portion thereof, <br /> used or intended to be used for the retail <br /> dispensing or sales of vehicular fuels; and <br /> including as an accessory use the sale and <br /> installation of lubricants, tires, batteries <br /> and similar accessories. <br /> (12) Base Map. A map having sufficient points or <br /> reference, such as state, county or municipal <br /> boundary lines, streets, easements, and other <br /> selected physical features to allow the <br /> plotting of other data. <br /> (13) Basement. Any floor level below the first <br /> story in a building, except that a floor level <br /> in a building having only one floor level <br /> shall be classified as a basement unless such <br /> floor level qualifies as a first story as <br /> defined herein. <br /> (14) Bay. A part of a building projecting from the <br /> main part. <br /> (15) Boarder. An individual other than a member of <br /> the family occupying the dwelling unit or a <br /> part thereof who, for a consideration, is <br /> furnished sleeping accommodations and may be <br /> furnished meals or other services as part of <br /> the consideration. <br /> (16) Boarding House. A dwelling or part thereof, in <br /> which lodging is provided by the owner or <br /> City of Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance <br /> ADOPTED 7/13/92 <br /> 4 <br />
