(6) All measured distances expressed in feet shall <br /> be to the nearest tenth of a foot. <br /> (7) In event of conflicting provisions, the more <br /> restrictive provision shall apply. <br /> Subd. 2. Definitions <br /> (1) Accessory Building. A portion of the principal <br /> building or a detached structure on the same <br /> lot which is used for an accessory use. <br /> (2) Accessory Use. A use of land or of a building <br /> or portion thereof customarily incidental and <br /> subordinate to the principal use of the land <br /> or building and located on the same lot with <br /> such principal use. <br /> (3) Addition. A structure added to the original <br /> structure at some time after the completion of <br /> the original. <br /> (4) Adjoining Lot or Land. A lot or parcel of land <br /> which shares all or part of a common lot line <br /> with another lot or parcel of land. <br /> (5) Aesthetic. The perception of artistic <br /> elements, or elements in the natural or man- <br /> made environment which are pleasing to the <br /> eye. <br /> (6) Agricultural Farm Buildings. An accessory <br /> building used or intended for use on an active <br /> commercial food producing farm operation of <br /> more than ten (10) acres. A Minnesota <br /> Pollution Control Agency Permit may be <br /> required. <br /> (7) Agriculture. The production, keeping or <br /> maintenance, for sale, or personal use, of <br /> plants and animals useful to man, including <br /> but not limited to: forages and sod crops; <br /> grains and seed crops; dairy animals and dairy <br /> products, poultry and poultry products; <br /> livestock, including beef cattle, sheep, <br /> swine, horses, ponies, mules, or goats, or any <br /> mutations or hybrids thereof, including the <br /> breeding and grazing of any or all of such <br /> animals; bees and apiary products; fruits of <br /> all kinds, including grapes, nuts and berries; <br /> vegetables; nursery, floral, ornamental and <br /> greenhouse products; or lands devoted to a <br /> City of Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance <br /> ADOPTED 7/13/92 <br /> 3 <br />
