the manufactured home. The accessory building <br /> shall be a minimum size of six (6) feet by eight <br /> (8) feet by six (6) feet high with a maximum size <br /> of 120 square feet. They shall be constructed of <br /> weather resistant material and be finished in a <br /> manner conforming with the appearance of the <br /> principal dwelling and shall be consistent in <br /> appearance with the other accessory buildings in <br /> the manufactured home park. <br /> (W) All manufactured home parks may have a central <br /> community building with laundry drying areas and <br /> washing machines. <br /> (X) All manufactured home parks shall have at least ten <br /> percent (10%) of the land area developed for <br /> recreational use (tennis courts, children's play <br /> equipment, swimming pool, golf green, etc. ) <br /> developed and maintained at the owner's expense. <br /> (4) Permitted Uses. In the R-6 district, unless otherwise <br /> provided in this code, no building or land shall <br /> hereafter be erected, or structurally altered except for <br /> one or more of the following uses. <br /> (A) Manufactured homes <br /> (B) Community/recreation building <br /> (C) Buildings or structures intended for use as a part <br /> and which are subordinate to the function of the <br /> manufactured home park <br /> (5) Conditional Uses. The following are conditional uses in <br /> the R-6 district. <br /> Manufactured home sales for only those units which would <br /> be installed on the park. Manufactured home sales shall <br /> be terminated when the manufactured home park is <br /> completely developed. <br /> (6) Review and Approval Procedures. No person shall <br /> establish, develop, extend or enlarge a manufactured home <br /> park within the City of Lino Lakes without first <br /> obtaining site plan approval from the city council with <br /> review by the design review board. Approval shall be <br /> granted only upon compliance with all of the following: <br /> (A) Design Review Board Review. The design review <br /> board shall review all applications for <br /> City of Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance <br /> ADOPTED 7/13/92 <br /> 94 <br />
