The findings and <br /> recommendations of the design review board shall be <br /> forwarded to the city council for action. <br /> (B) Approval or Denial. The city council shall <br /> consider and act on the application for site plan <br /> approval. Approval shall be granted only upon <br /> compliance with all of the procedures and <br /> requirements established in this section. <br /> (C) Submission Requirements. Submission for <br /> manufactured home approval shall include the <br /> following: <br /> (i) Twenty (20) copies of the Manufactured Home <br /> Park Plan showing the following: <br /> (a) The extent and area proposed for <br /> manufactured home park purposes <br /> (b) Locations for roads and driveways <br /> (c) Location of sites or lots for <br /> manufactured homes <br /> (d) Proposed disposition of surface <br /> drainage <br /> (e) Proposed street surfacing and <br /> lighting <br /> (f) Off-street parking <br /> (g) Patios <br /> (h) Location of community building <br /> (i) Location of recreation facilities <br /> (j) Location of sidewalks <br /> (k) Location of setback lines <br /> (1) Location of screening, planting, <br /> green areas, etc. <br /> (m) Any other information requested by <br /> the City Council <br /> City of Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance <br /> ,...� ADOPTED 7/13/92 <br /> 95 <br />
