Any other condition inconsistent with the <br />reasonable use and enjoyment of adjoining <br />property and inconsistent with the health, <br />safety, morals, and general welfare of the <br />adjoining community. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 2 shall stand as <br />initially passed and as previously amended. <br />III. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication according to City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council this 23rd <br />1990. <br />day of July <br />Harold L.
