4 <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />Ordinance No. 09 - 87 <br />City of Lino Lakes <br />County of Anoka <br />State of Minnesota <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE MINNESOTA STATE BUILDING CODE: <br />PROVIDING FOR IT'S ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT: REGULATING <br />THE ERECTION, CONSTRUCTION, ENLARGEMENT, ALTERATION, REPAIR, <br />MOVING, REMOVAL, DEMOLITION, CONVERSION, OCCUPANCY, EQUIPMENT, <br />USE, HEIGHT, AREA AND MAINTENANCE OF ALL BUILDINGS AND/OR <br />STRUCTURES IN THE CITY OF LINO LAKES: PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE <br />OF PERMITS AND COLLECTION OF FEES THEREFORE; PROVIDING PENALTIES <br />FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF: AMENDING SECTION 1003.01 OF THE LINO <br />LAKES CODE AND ALL OTHER ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN <br />CONFLICT THEREWITH. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes ordains: <br />Section 1. Section 1003.01 of the Lino Lakes City Code is <br />amended to read as follows: <br />Section 1003.01. Building Code. The Minnesota State <br />Building Code, established pursuant to Mn. Stats. 16B.60 <br />through 16B.73, one copy of which is on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk of Lino Lakes is hereby adopted as the <br />building code for the City of Lino Lakes. Such code is <br />hereby incorporated in this ordinance as completely as if <br />set out in full. <br />A. The following chapters of the code shall be administered <br />by the municipality: <br />1. Chapter 1300 - Code Administration. <br />2. Chapter 1305 - Adoption of 1985 Uniform <br />by Reference. <br />a. Required Provisions - UBC Appendix <br />3. Chapter 1315, Electrical Code. <br />4.
