Chapter 1310, Building Security. <br />16. Chapter 1335, Floodproofing Regulations, Parts <br />1335;0300 to 1335.1200, Section 200.2 to 25.3 <br />Section 2. Organization and Enforcement. The organization <br />of the Building Department and enforcement of the Code shall be <br />as established by Chapter 2 of the Uniform Building Code 1985 <br />Edition. The Code shall be enforced within the incorporated <br />limits of the City. <br />Section 3. <br />A. Permits, Inspections and Fees. Permits, inspections, <br />and collection of fees shall be as provided in Chapter 3 of <br />the Uniform Building Code, 1985 Edition. <br />B. Surcharge. In addition to the permit fee required by <br />item 1 above, the applicant shall pay a surcharge to be <br />remitted to the Minnesota Department of Administration as <br />prescribed by Minnesota Statutes 1984, Section 16B,70. <br />Section 4. Effective Date of Ordinance. The effective date <br />of this Ordinance shall be thirty (30) days after its passage <br />and publication by the Lino Lakes City Council.
