The expansion shall <br />not be more than 50 per cent of the gross area.of the <br />pole barn as of the date of the passage of this Ord- <br />inance. The City shall attach conditions to the ex- <br />pansion to maintain and enhance the appearance and <br />function of the building including landscaping and <br />building exterior requirements. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. ? shall stand as initially <br />passed and as previously amended. <br />The Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br />passage and publication according to City Charter. <br />Passed by the Council this day of , 1987. <br />Benjamin G. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />SECOND READING ORDINANCE NO. 11 - 87 IMPOUND FEES <br />Mrs. Anderson told the Council that this Ordinance was proposed when <br />Knollton Kennel was contracted to handle animal control for Lino <br />Lakes. Impound fees would have been one means of financing this <br />contract. However, Knollton has ceased operation and now so has Lake <br />Animal Care. There was discussion regarding the bookkeeping this <br />Ordinance would require and also of placing a time limit in the <br />Ordinance indicating that this procedure would be on a calendar basis. <br />After further discussion Mr. Bisel moved to approve the second reading <br />of Ordinance No. 11 - 87 and add the following phrase; "occurring in <br />one calendar year".
