(D) Exterior display of signs except as such are permitted by the <br />sign regulations for a. residential district shall not be <br />permitted. <br />(E) There shall be no exterior storage of equipment or materials <br />used in permitted home occupations. <br />(F) Permitted occupations shall not include any of the <br />following: <br />(i) The operation of any wholesale or retail business <br />unless it is conducted entirely by mail and does not <br />iriclude the sale, shipment, or delivery of merchandise <br />on the premises. (This may include delivery services <br />such as UPS and Federal Express, but • no common <br />freight carriers.) <br />(ii) More than one chair barber shop or more than one <br />chair beauty salons or dancing or music schools with <br />organized classes of more than one pupil at a time. <br />(iii) Any activity or function which by its nature and/or <br />effect causes a disturbance to the neighborhood, such <br />as noise, parking, traffic, etc. <br />(iv) Home occupations which create a need for more than <br />three (3) parking spaces at any given time in addition <br />to the parking spaces required by the occupants shall <br />not be permitted. <br />(2) Rural District: Home occupations carried on in the Rural District <br />and on lots which are ten (10) acres in size or larger may be <br />allowed to operate within the principal structure or permitted <br />accessory structure. <br />(3) Agriculture: Permitted agricultural uses in the Rural (R) and <br />Agricultural Preservation (AgP) Districts (and when found to be in <br />conformance with all other provisions of this Ordinance) need not <br />meet the provisions of this subdivision. <br />Subd. 5. Lot Provisions. <br />(1) Any lot of record existing at the effective date of this Ordinance <br />may be used for the erection of a structure if it conforms with <br />the use regulations of the district in which it is located provided <br />it satisfies all other appropriate provisions of this Ordinance and <br />has frontage on a public right-of-way. <br />(2) Except in Planned Unit Developments, there shall be no more than <br />one (1) principal building on one lot in all residence districts. <br />(3) <br />• <br />21 <br />
