ORDINANCE NO. <br />An ordinance amending the Lino Lakes City Code by changing <br />the height and location requirements for transmission, radio, tele- <br />vision, and similar types of towers. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes ordains: <br />Section 1. Appendix B, Section 4, Subdivision 9 of the <br />Lino Lakes City Code is amended to read as follows: <br />Subdivision 9. Height. The height of structures used <br />for churches, schools, multiple family residential <br />structures, and similar uses may extend to forty-five <br />(45) feet in residential districts. The height of non - <br />occupancy structures such as transmission, radio, tele- <br />vision towers and similar types of towers may extend to <br />fifty-five (55) feet in height in all districts. Appendix B, Section 6, Subdivision 2 "R" Rural <br />District (6) (k) shall be amended as follows: <br />(k) Transmission towers/radio, television and other <br />similar towers over fifty-five (55) feet in height and <br />less than two hundred (200) feet in height. <br />Section 3. Effective Date. <br />This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its <br />passage and publication as required by City Charter.
