• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Ordinance No. 06 - 84 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LINO LAKES CITY CODE BY CHANGING THE <br />HEIGHT AND LOCATION REQUIREMENTS FOR TRANSMISSION, RADIO, TELE- <br />VISION AND SIMILAR TYPES OF TOWERS. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />AMENDMENT. Section 1. Appendix B, Section 4, Subdivision 9 of <br />the Lino Lakes City Code is amended to read as follows: <br />Section 4, Subdivision 9. Height. The height of structures if <br />used for churches, schools, multiple family residential <br />structures, and similar uses may extend to forty-five (45) <br />feet in residential districts. The height of non -occupancy <br />structures such as transmission, radio, television towers and <br />1similar types of towers may extend to fifty-five (55) feet in <br />height and two hundred (200)feet in height shall be allowed in <br />the Rural and Light Industrial Districts upon the issuance of <br />a Conditional Use Permit. Also see subdivision 14 of this <br />section. <br />Section II. <br />AMENDMENT. Section 2. Appendix B, Section 6, Subdivision 2 "R" <br />Rural District (6) (k) shall be amended as follows: <br />(k) Transmission towers/radio, television and other similar <br />towers over fifty-five (55) feet in height and less than <br />two hundred (200) feet in height <br />AMENDMENT. Section 2. Appendix B, Section 6, Subdivision 16 "LI" <br />Light Industrial District (8) (B) shall be amended as follows: <br />(B) Transmission towers/radio, television and other similar <br />towers over fifty-five (55) feet in height and less than <br />two hundred (200) feet in height when fenced. <br />Section III <br />This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) after its passage and <br />publication as required by City Charter. <br />Passed by the Council this 23rd <br />Attest: <br />Edna L.
