shall show the owner, owner's address, boat licence number, <br />whether the boat is to be used as a seasonal residence and, if so, <br />for what period of time during the year, type of sanitary <br />sewage facility, water supply, and plot plan showing method <br />of access to public road. Each houseboat shall have one <br />off-street parking space within four hundred (400) feet of <br />the access to the docking of such houseboat. No houseboat <br />shall be used as a permanent residence and, further, that <br />utilities including sanitary sewer, water, electricity, and <br />phone shall not be extended to the houseboat. <br />(5) Ice fishing houses stored on parcels of land during summer <br />months shall be considered an accessory building. <br />(6) Accessory buildings in the ER, R1 or greater Residential <br />districts must be set back at least ten (10) feet from the <br />side lot line and ten (10) feet from the rear lot line. <br />Tool sheds - five (5) foot set back at side and rear. <br />(7) Accessory buildings in the "Business" and "Industry" dis- <br />tricts shall not be closer than ten (10) feet from side <br />and rear lot lines subject to provisions for abutting resi- <br />dential zone. <br />(8) No accessory building in a commercial or industrial district <br />shall exceed the height of the principal building except by <br />Conditional Use Permit. <br />(9) A private garage in an ER, R1 or greater residential district <br />shall not be utilized for business service or industry. Fur- <br />ther, that not more than one-half of the space may be rented <br />for the private vehicles of persons not resident on the pre- <br />mises. Such garage shall not be used for more than one <br />commercial vehicle. The gross weight of such vehicle shall <br />not exceed 11,075 pounds gross weight. <br />(10) Roadside Stands. Seasonal, temporary roadside stands for <br />the sale of agricultural products shall be permitted if: <br />1) they are erected at least 60 feet back from the nearest <br />edge of the roadway surface, 2) they are used exclusively <br />for the sale of agricultural products grown in the City of <br />Lino Lakes, and 3) adequate parking space is provided off <br />the road right-of-way and safe vehicular access and movements <br />are assured. <br />11 <br />Total Number and Specifications of Accessory Buildings Per- <br />mitted Residential Districts. The following summarizes <br />the maximum number of accessory buildings allowed in an in- <br />dividual parcel according to lot size and residential dis- <br />trict. <br />(A) 20 acres or greater <br />(R & ER District) <br />No requirement. <br />- Pole barns acceptable. <br />No maximum height re- <br />- quirement. <br />
