• SECTION 3 APPLICATION TO UNIONIZED PERSONNEL <br />This Ordinance shall be applicable to unionized personnel of the City of Lino <br />Lakes. In the event of conflict between this Personnel Ordinance and a written <br />contract between the City and an exclusive bargaining representative as defined <br />by Minnesota Statutes, the Written Contract shall supersede those sections in <br />question. <br />• <br />
