4111 SECTION 4 DEFINITIONS <br />PERMANENT FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE: An employee who has successfully completed the <br />required probationary period and who is employed on a schedule of at least (40) <br />hours per week. <br />PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEE: An employee who has been assigned to a full-time or <br />part-time position but who has not completed the probationary period. <br />PART-TIME EMPLOYEE: An employee who normally works less than (25) hours per <br />week on the average. <br />SEASONAL EMPLOYEE: An employee who is hired on a seasonal basis for a period <br />not in excess of (100) working days in any calendar year. <br />TEMPORARY EMPLOYEE: An employee who works less than (15) weeks in a calendar <br />year. <br />FISCAL YEAR: The period January 1 through December 31, inclusive. <br />• <br />• <br />
