s <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Ordinance No. 07-83 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES,BY <br />REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO GI (General Industrial). <br />I. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />does ordain: <br />Ordinance No. 2 of the City of LinoLkaes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />passed by the City Council on May 24, 1983, is hereby amended by <br />rezoning from I (Light Industrial) to GI (General Industrial), <br />pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, of the City of <br />Lino Lakes, the following described real eastate, also known as the <br />"Molin Concrete Property". <br />The Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW4 of SW4) <br />of Section Eight (8), Township Thirty-one (31), Range Twenty- <br />two (22) West, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the East 26'0 feet <br />of South 832 feet thereof, the above described tract contains <br />Thirty-five (35) acres, more or less excluding the above <br />described exception and is subject to the existing Township <br />Road along the North line, Fourth Avenue along ..;;,?. West line, <br />and C.S.A.H. No. 12 (AKA Lilac Lane) along the South line; <br />also subject to easements, reservations of record. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 2 shall stand as initially <br />passed a.nd:previously amended. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br />passage and publication according to the City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council this 29th Day of August, 1983. <br />ATTEST: <br />/4( 4. <br />Edna L.
