• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Ordinance No. 07-83 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 1 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, BY <br />REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO GI (General Industrial). <br />I. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />does ordain: <br />Ordinance No.1 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />passed by the City Council on July 24, 1983, is hereby amended by <br />rezoning from LI (Light Industrial) to GI (General Industrial) , <br />pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, of the City of <br />Lino Lakes, the following described real estate, also known as the <br />"Molin Concrete Property". <br />(see attached property description) <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No shall shall stand as initially <br />passed and as previously amended. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after <br />its passage and publication according to the City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />Edna L.
