• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-44 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE 2014 OVERLAY PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to perform mill and overlay and full depth reclamation improvements <br />on recommended street segments, and <br />WHEREAS, WSB and Associates, the City Engineer, has submitted a proposal to prepare plans <br />and provide contract administration and construction inspection. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />That WSB and Associates are designated as the engineer for this improvement and directed to <br />prepare plans and specifications for the 2014 Mill & Overlay Project.
