• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-44 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE 2014 OVERLAY PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to perform mill and overlay and full depth reclamation improvements <br />on recommended street segments, and <br />WHEREAS, WSB and Associates, the City Engineer, has submitted a proposal to prepare plans <br />and provide contract administration and construction inspection. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />That WSB and Associates are designated as the engineer for this improvement and directed to <br />prepare plans and specifications for the 2014 Mill & Overlay Project. Staff is hereby authorized <br />to execute the hourly based contract in an amount not exceed $42,500.00. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of May, 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Kusterman, Rafferty, Stoesz, <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />introduced by Council Member <br />Kusterman and upon vote <br />Reinert <br />
