The developer is also proposing to remove 4 guest parking stalls. Staff and the Planning & <br /> Zoning Board do not recommend removal of the guest parking stalls. Instead, they shall be <br /> replaced with porous pavers. <br /> Final Plat <br /> A land use application for PUD Final Plan/Final Plat for Turnberry Crossing 2nd Addition shall <br /> be required. At such time, the existing drainage and utility easement over Lot 24 shall be <br /> vacated by the City Council. A new standard drainage and utility easement shall be dedicated <br /> over the amended Lot 24 with the final plat for Turnberry Crossing 2nd Addition. The developer <br /> shall also enter into a Development Agreement and other documents as the City deems <br /> necessary. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> The Planning & Zoning Board and staff recommend approval of the amended PUD <br /> Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat for Turnberry Crossing subject to the conditions <br /> listed in Resolution No. 15-46. <br /> ATTACHMENTS <br /> 1.
